Amy moved to Calgary in 2008 and started working as a receptionist in a small veterinary clinic. She has spent over a decade working different positions within vet clinics. She eventually listened to her old boss and attended Olds College for Animal Health Technology; finally graduating in 2017. Amy’s love for feisty felines, client education, nutrition and preventive medicine made her the purr-fect fit for our team, joining us May 2019. In her spare time Amy enjoys spending time with her partner, Ryan, and their three fur-babies, Mikey the cat and Coconut & Barney the mutts – often lovingly referred to as “The Barn-nuts”. Her love of art, yoga & swimming keep her very busy, outside the clinic.
